GA_P advises Alantra Equities on the capital increase of Grupo Ezentis

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Alantra Equities in its capacity as exclusive financial advisor and global coordinator in the rights issue capital increase of Grupo Ezentis, a company listed on the Madrid and Bilbao Stock Exchanges.

The transaction involves the issuance of up to 122,710,641 new ordinary shares, representing a maximum amount of approximately €7.9 million.

The proceeds from the capital increase will be used to finance the group’s organic and inorganic growth strategy, with the aim of consolidating Ezentis as a leading platform in the provision of integrated installation and maintenance services in Spain.
