GA_P advises Anticimex on the acquisition of B-Alert & Controlpeste

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Anticimex on the acquisition of B-Alert & Controlpeste, a company from Viana do Castelo with more than 20 years of experience in the disinfection, disinsection, rat extermination and fumigation sector, among others.
In the last 5 years, this is the seventh acquisition of Anticimex in Portugal, which corresponds to an investment of 12 million euros. GA_P has also advised on the acquisition of Pestkil, MM Desinfecções, PSQ and Leiripraga.
