GA_P advises AQLARA Ciclo Integral del Agua on its lawsuit against Diputación Provincial de Valencia and EGEVASA
The judgment has fully confirmed the administrative appeal filed by AQLARA Ciclo Integral del Agua considering that, since EGEVASA changed its structure (from a public company to a mixed economy company), the rendering of services should have been put out to tender since the direct award was not valid and, consequently, it was agreed that the 31 agreements were null. However, the court’s decision is not final and can be appealed before the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.
GA_P’s team consisted of: José Manuel Palau, Josep Ortiz, Regina Antonino, Ernesto Vidal, Anna Spuche, Javier De La Torre and Andrea Pardines, partner, area coordinator, associates and Public and Regulatory trainees of the Valencia office.
