GA_P advises Arcano on the sale of a minority stake in the share capital of Rotor Componentes Tecnológicos to the Chinese company Lanxi Wheeltop.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Arcano Partners on the sale of 30% of the share capital of the Spanish company Rotor Componentes Tecnológicos to the Chinese company Lanxi Wheeltop Cycle Industries.
The aim of this transaction is for both companies to join forces in a Spanish-Chinese consortium to improve their global positioning in the cycling industry and develop industrial and commercial synergies. In this sense, Rotor will work to strengthen Wheeltop’s presence in Spain, while Wheeltop will drive Rotor’s growth in Asia.
The GA_P team was formed by Pablo Fernández, Javier Reyna and Víctor Villaverde, partner and associates of the Corporate M&A team.
