GA_P advises Asturiana de Laminados, S.A. on the issuance of a bond programme in the MARF.

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Asturiana de Laminados, S.A., a BME Growth listed company, on the issuance of a bond programme in the MARF. This is the first bond programme registered by the company in the MARF.
The programme will allow the company to issue bonds for a maximum amount of 50 million euros, funds that will be used to pay off debt, strengthen its growth plan and make investments.
The GA_P team was formed by: Augusto Piñel and Iñigo Hernáez, partner and associate, respectively, of the Corporate area.
