GA_P advises Atrys Health on its entry into the Continuous Market
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Atrys Health on its entry into the Continuous Market and its shares will start trading on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia Stock Exchanges next Monday, February 7. Atrys makes the leap to the Continuous Market with the aim of incorporating international equity funds as shareholders.
Atrys is currently listed on the BME Growth with a market capitalization of 600 million euros. Atrys is a global company that provides diagnostic services and precision medical treatment, pioneer in telemedicine and state-of-the-art radiotherapy. In terms of revenue, its turnover has grown from €4.5 million in 2016 to a proforma turnover of over €85 million in the first half of 2021 alone. And in that same period of just 6 years, it has grown from a team of 44 professionals to more than 2,000 today.
The GA_P team has been led by Guillermo Guerra, Corporate partner, and integrated by Jacobo Palanca and Irene Carreño Uría, Corporate associates, and Irene Medina, Banking associate.

Invalidity of agreements concluded by director in breach of duty of loyalty
In Judgment no. 142/2025 of 11 April, the Madrid Provincial Court (Twenty-Eighth Chamber) addressed two issues relating to the bringing of actions for declaration of invalidity of two sale and purchase agreements concluded by a company director in breach of his duty of loyalty. On the one hand, and in view of the specific circumstances, it ruled on whether the company could formally assume the role of claimant in the dispute. On the other hand, it ruled on the importance of the fact that the disputed transactions were beneficial to the company concerned and on the possibility of a ‘tacit’ dispensation.
