GA_P advises Atrys Health on the capital increase for the acquisition of Bienzobas Salud
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Atrys Health in a structured transaction through the sale of a package of existing shares and a capital increase to finance the acquisition of Bienzobas Salud for 75 million euros, carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering/ an accelerated private placement procedure exclusively addressed to qualified domestic and foreign investors,, executed by Barclays Bank Ireland PLC (as Sole Global Coordinator) and Andbank España, S.A.U., Banco de Sabadell, S.A., GVC Gaesco Valores, S.V., S.A. and Renta 4 Banco, S.A. (as Co-Bookrunners), which have been advised by Linklaters.
