Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Banco de Sabadell and Sinia Renovables on the financing and acquisition by Sinia Renovables of a stake in Conecta2 Generación Renovable II

Conecta2 Generación Renovable II is a company specialising in comprehensive photovoltaic self-consumption services and the marketing of energy in the market, which constitutes the financing for the construction and operation of the largest self-consumption project in Spain structured as a renewable energy project finance.

The GA_P team led by Verónica Romaní, together with Vanessa Armas, Laura Rey and Patricia González from the Energy team.
