GA_P advises Banco Santander on the financing of a photovoltaic plant in Segovia

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Banco Santander on a financing in favour of Ib Vogt, a renewable energy development company, for the construction, operation and maintenance of a solar photovoltaic energy project, called Baobab, which will have a capacity of 95 MWp. The installation will be located in the region of Abades and Valverde del Majano (Segovia).
The GA_P team was formed by Verónica Romaní, Juan Pérez, Iñigo González de Echávarri, Joaquín Beltrán and Jimena Sánchez, partner and associates of Banking and Finance and Roberto Bustamante and Javier Marroquín, associates of Public and Regulatory and Real Estate, respectively.
