GA_P advises Bestinver on the sale of 25% of Autovía de los Viñedos to Buenavista

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (GA_P) has advised Bestinver on the sale of a 25% stake in Autovía de los Viñedos (Auvisa), the concession company that operates the CM-42 motorway between Consuegra and Tomelloso in Castilla-La Mancha, to Buenavista, through its Infraestructuras Iberia fund.

The transaction, valued by the market at around €20 million, strengthens Buenavista’s commitment to Spain’s road infrastructure, adding this asset to its specialist infrastructure, energy and environmental fund. With this deal, Buenavista becomes a partner of French infrastructure fund Meridiam, which holds the remaining 75% of Auvisa’s share capital.
