GA_P advises CaixaBank on the refinancing of Sonnedix España Albero

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised CaixaBank on the granting of a refinancing facility in favour of Sonnedix España Albero, the company that owns a portfolio of regulated assets with a total capacity of 154 MW in Spain.

The transaction, with a total value of €596 million, represents a major milestone in the energy sector and forms part of Sonnedix’s strategy to optimise its capital structure.

The GA_P team involved in the transaction was led by partner Verónica Romaní, together with associates José Francisco Canalejas, Juan Pérez, Íñigo González de Echávarri, Andrea González-Novo and Jimena Sánchez, from the Banking & Finance team.
