GA_P advises Colonial and Andbank on the formation of a SOCIMI for the acquisition of Naturgy’s headquarters

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Colonial and a group of investors led by Andbank on the formation of the socimi “HQ América Socimi” for the acquisition of Naturgy’s headquarters building (located on Avenida de América, Madrid) for an amount exceeding €80m.

The transaction forms part of the strategy to invest in prime real estate assets in Spain through specialised corporate vehicles and represents a significant step in the commitment to the high-value office market in Madrid.
