GA_P advises Ferrovial on the financing of one of its SPVs
Gómez – Acebo & Pombo has advised Ferrovial on a financing granted to Parque Solar Casilla, one of its subsidiaries, by Banco de Sabadell and Unicaja Banco, with the purpose of, among others, financing a project consisting of the construction, commissioning and operation of a photovoltaic plant located in the municipality of Gerena (Seville), with a total capacity of 49.9 MW.
The team was formed by: Vanessa Armas, Claudia Mencía and Jimena Sánchez, of counsel and associates of Banking and Finance, among other members of the Madrid offices.
