GA_P advises FlexDev Group on the acquisition of a 70% stake in Aneyron Promociones

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised FlexDev Group (one of Dentressangle’s portfolio companies) on its entry into the Spanish market with the purchase of a majority stake in Aneyron Promociones, a company dedicated to the design, production and distribution of applications for the textile sector and Spanish leader in the personalisation of sportswear.
