GA_P advises Grupo Sorigué on the acquisition of 60% of Ecotelia Servicios Energéticos

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the Sorigué Group on the acquisition of 60% of Ecotelia Servicios Energéticos, a company that develops solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, biomass and microgeneration projects. The operation will help the Lleida-based group to grow in renewables.
The operation, in line with Sorigué’s strategic plan based on growth and sustainability, will serve to reorganise its activities in the field of renewable energies and create a new division that until now was developed through the construction or materials divisions.
The GA_P team has been formed by: Álex Pujol, Carolina Posse Van der Laat and Beatriz Dosdá, partner and associates, respectively, of the Corporate and M&A area.
