GA_P advises ITF in litigation against Kosmos

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the ITF (International Tennis Federation), holder of the rights to the Davis Cup, in relation to a dispute against Kosmos, Gerard Piqué’s investment vehicle dedicated to investing in and promoting the world of tennis.

Recently, both parties have reached an amicable agreement to bring the litigation to an end.

The GA_P team in charge of the matter was composed of Rodrigo López, Julio Jiménez, and Zuriñe Sanz, partner and associates from the Litigation and Arbitration team, and Álvaro Sáinz, counsel from the Banking and Finance team.
