GA_P advises Manolo Bakes on the entry of the VGO fund

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the well-known bakery chain, Manolo Bakes, on the entry of VGO Capital, a private equity fund based in London.
The transaction, which was closed at the end of last week, includes a sale and purchase of shares and a capital increase, valuing the company at close to €60 million.
The GA_P team was formed by Álvaro Mateo, Jorge Martín, Javier Reyna and Laura Roda.
