GA_P advises Nauta Capital in a financing round at Loyal Guru

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Nauta Capital in a financing round in Loyal Guru. The round has been led by venture capital firm Nauta Capital and underwritten by existing investor Greycroft Partners.
Loyal Guru, with base in Barcelona, is a company dedicated to develop a specialised platform for supermarkets that enables them to intelligently use end-consumer data and grow it to its full potential. With clients in 12 countries, Loyal Guru is driving transformational change for clients such as Mango, Dia, Cencosud and Spar.
The advisors on the transaction were: Alex Pujol and Monica Martells, partner and associate at Mercantil.
