GA_P advises on the authorization and registration of venture capital entity manager «The Climate Hub»

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised on the authorization and registration of the new closed-end collective investment management company “The Climate Hub, SGEIC, S.A.”, registered on March 3, 2023, in the CNMV registry and founded by Antai Ventures, Evolvia, and Fernando Casado.
Its main objective is the management of European venture capital funds (FCRE), whose investment policy consists of investing in companies that contribute to sustainability and, in particular, developing new technologies to reduce and mitigate global greenhouse gas emissions (climate tech).
This project is part of the extensive experience in tax, corporate, and regulatory structuring of investment structures in venture capital of GA_P’s fund formation team.
The GA_P team has been composed of Alex Pujol, Andrea Esbrí and Irene Romero, partner and associates of Corporate Law from the Barcelona office.
