GA_P advises on the exit of Hannun to BME Growth
5 of May, 2022
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised AndBank España and GVC Gaesco Valores, joint placement entities, in the exit process of Hannun, S.A. to BME Growth, with Banco Sabadell as agent.
The operation is twofold: first, loans subscribed in 2021 amounting to 3.78 million euro will be capitalised in a non-monetary capital increase. In addition, there will be a share subscription offer for a maximum amount of 8 million euro, and there will be an offer to sell by the two managing directors of the company in the event of overdemand in the subscription offer, to raise funds totalling around 12 million euro.
Hannun is an international brand of eco-friendly furniture and home furnishings. The company predominantly sells its own designed products through its own e-commerce website. However, a proportion of its products are marketed outside the online channels to corporate customers operating mainly in the hospitality and catering sectors.
Guillermo Guerra and Jacobo Palanca, partner and associate of Mercantil, and Irene Medina de Alba, Banking associate.
