GA_P advises Partech Partners in the Series A financing round of Shakers Global Solutions
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Partech Partners, the global investment platform for technology and digital companies, in the €14 million Series A financing round of Shakers Global Solutions, the workforce platform that connects companies with technology freelancers and AI freelance agents. In addition, the deal has included a capital raise.
The GA_P team was formed by Jesús Ibáñez, Alfonso Pascual and Reyes Aznar, partner and associates of the Mercantile team of the Valencia office.
