GA_P advises The Hotels Network partners on their sale to Lighthouse

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised the partners of The Hotels Network on the sale of 100% of its share capital to the Lighthouse group.

The Hotels Network has developed innovative technology that enables hotels to significantly increase their direct bookings through personalised marketing and advanced conversion optimisation techniques. Founded in 2015, the company serves over 20,000 hotels across more than 100 countries. Its technology has been proven to deliver an average 32% increase in direct bookings for its clients.

Lighthouse, considered one of the leading commercial platforms for the travel and hospitality industry, strengthens its ecosystem through a strategic investment in solutions that meet the commercial needs of the world’s leading hotels.

The GA_P was formed by Álex Pujol, Andrés Castro and Carmelo Gómez from the Corporate team, as well as Luis Cuesta and Pablo Soler from the Tax team, in collaboration with Seth Entin and James Maynor of Greenberg Traurig, who advised on the US tax aspects of the transaction.
