GA_P advises Visma on the acquisition of TuGesto

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo strengthens Visma’s presence in Spain by advising on the acquisition of TuGesto.
GA-P advised Visma, a Norwegian software and information technology company, on the acquisition of TuGesto, a company specializing in offering digital payroll processing and HR management solutions.
TuGesto, after becoming Visma’s fifth acquisition in Spain since its entry into the country in 2021, will continue to operate as an independent company with the same name and management. In turn, Visma reinforces its payroll and HR software offering.
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised on all acquisitions made by Visma to date in Spain and Portugal.
The team was formed by Álex Pujol, Mónica Martells and Claudia Curell, partners and associates from the Corporate Law team.
