GA_P advises doValue on the sale of doValue Portugal to Albatris

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises doValue, a specialised asset manager, on the sale of doValue Portugal to Albatris.
This transaction allows Albatris to expand its partnership with Milan-listed doValue Group, the largest servicer in Southern Europe with €116,000m in assets under management. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will become an independent company and will continue to be managed by its current management team.
Gómez-Acebo & Pombo acted as legal advisor and PWC Spain as financial advisor.
The GA_P team was formed by Mafalda Barreto and Augusto Piñel, partners, and Inês de Sousa Godinho and Miren Ibañez, associates, all from the Corporate team.
