GA_P advises Edificio Rostower on its listing on the alternative market Portfolio Stock Exchange

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Edificio Rostower, the Socimi owned by Argentine footballer Lionel Messi, on its listing on the alternative market Portfolio Stock Exchange, with a capitalisation of 223 million euros.

The Socimi, which groups and manages the investments in the hotel and real estate sector of the Inter Miami and Argentina national team player, is managed by a Board of Directors chaired by Messi with his wife, Antonella Roccuzzo as vice-president, and began trading under the ticker ERTW at 57.4 euros per share.

Augusto Piñel, Valentina Rodríguez, Jacobo Palanca, Irene Carreño Uría and Miren Ibañez have advised on the transaction.
