GA_P advises PAI Partners on the acquisition of Nuzoa from Abac Capital

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised PAI Partners, a private equity fund, on the acquisition of Grupo Nuzoa, a leading distributor of animal health products and services in the Iberian Peninsula, from Abac Capital.

This transaction reinforces Nuzoa’s position as a leading animal health distributor and will help consolidate the group’s international expansion with PAI. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions for such transactions, including certain regulatory approvals.

The GA_P team was formed by Pablo Fernández Cortijo, Andrés Castro and José Luis Rodríguez Ontiveros from the Mercantil team.
