GA_P advises Stoneshield on the acquisition of two student residences

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised European Student Accommodation I S.à R.L, a fund managed by Stoneshield Investments, on the acquisition of two PropCos – Proud Coast, Lda. and Integral Equation, Lda., each owning a student residence in Alta de Lisboa.

Stoneshield, a leading property investment company focused on the Iberian market, has been an active investor in student accommodation, managing one of the largest portfolios in southern Europe.

The transaction was assisted by a multidisciplinary team, coordinated by Mafalda Barreto, head of the Corporate and M&A, and composed of the following lawyers: Susana Morgado, João Bento Cardoso and Matilde Menezes de Melo (Corporate and M&A), Madalena Caldeira (Employment), Filipe Santos Barata and Matilde de Sousa Marto (Banking and Finance), Sofia Rodrigues Nunes, Afonso Scarpa, João Marques Rodrigues and Mariana Machado de Oliveira (Real Estate), Ana Paula Basílio and Catarina Rosa (Tax).
