Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advised Venture Security Holding on the sale of its majority stake in the German company Dekom AG to VR Equitypartner and Süd Beteiligungen.

Dekom AG is one of the leading international players in the field of video conferencing services and audio-visual technology, with a presence in all major European markets.

This transaction represents the strengthening of Dekom AG’s market position in Europe, and its consolidation as a leader in the planning and design, as well as in the installation of hardware and software, in addition to offering licensing, cloud services and maintenance services.
