GA_P has advised Jungle2 on its delisting process from the Euronext Access market

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Jungle21, a business group of creative agencies and communication and digitalization services, on its delisting process from the Euronext Access market.

Jungle21, which had been listed on Euronext Access Paris since its IPO in March 2022, completed the process through a voluntary tender offer followed by a delisting, thereby consolidating its strategy of financial and operational reorganization outside the stock market.

The GA_P team was led by Miguel Ángel Melero and Guillermo Guerra, together with Irene Carreño Uría and Gemma Serra, all members of the Corporate team.
