Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised The Climate Hub, SGEIC, S.A. in the creation and registration of Inclimo Climate Tech Fund I, FCRE, S.A. with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Inclimo Climate Tech Fund I is managed and promoted by The Climate Hub, which is composed of the construction and services group Sorigué, the Venture Capital firm Antai, and Fernando Casado, founder of the sustainability expert network GlobalCAD. The European venture capital fund will invest in companies with technologies that enable climate change mitigation (climate tech). Alex Pujol and Andrea Esbrí, partner and associate of Corporate Law, have advised on the transaction.
