Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Kobus Partners in the investment of its second fund

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises the private equity firm Kobus Partners, which specialises in renewable energy and infrastructure, on the acquisition of four photovoltaic plants in Valladolid, Huelva, Seville and Córdoba.
The team advising on the deal was formed by Verónica Romaní Sancho, partner of Banking and Capital Markets and Diego Martínez Colino, Pablo Castresana and Iñigo Valdenebro, lawyers of the Corporate and M&A area.
