Gómez-Acebo & Pombo strengthens the energy and infrastructure sectors with the recruitment of Vanessa Armas as of Counsel.
Vanessa, who has developed her professional career at Jones Day for more than 14 years and previously at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, will join Gómez-Acebo & Pombo’s Banking & Finance team led by Miguel Lamo de Espinosa.
Vanessa is an expert in infrastructure and renewable energy project finance transactions. She also has extensive experience in advising on acquisition finance transactions, securitizations and restructuring of international groups and companies in financial difficulties.
