Gómez-Acebo & Pombo strengthens its position among the most active project finance firms in Spain

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo consolidates its role as a key firm in the Spanish project finance market, having registered seven relevant transactions in the first half of the year, according to TTR Data’s ranking published by CincoDías.

The firm is ranked seventh in terms of number of transactions and ninth in terms of total cumulative value, with €113 million advised.

Despite the strong competitive pressure exerted by large international and national firms, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo remains among the most active law firms in the country, standing out especially in projects related to renewable energies and sustainability.

This performance consolidates the firm as a strategic benchmark in project finance, especially in greenfield phases, where it provides in-depth legal-financial knowledge and a clear focus on sustainability.
