Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has welcomed Javier Gazulla as a new partner in its Tax Department.
This addition reinforces the firm’s commitment to providing top-quality transactional advisory services to its clients in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
Javier Gazulla specialises in the tax structuring of M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, financings, and debt restructurings. He also has extensive experience in providing tax advice on foreign investments in Spain and Spanish investments abroad. Javier advises both Spanish and international multinational companies and investment funds, particularly in the real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and energy sectors, offering efficient and innovative tax solutions with a client-focused and commercial approach. Before joining Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, he served as a partner for more than 14 years at leading international firms and is a professor in the Master’s in Taxation program at Carlos III University and in the Master’s in Tax Advisory program at the University of Navarra.
