Gómez-Acebo & Pombo surpasses the €100 million mark

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo surpassed the €100 million mark in 2024, which represents a growth of nearly 8% compared to the previous year in its global turnover. In Spain, net turnover reached €88.6 million.

The areas that stood out the most, with double-digit growth, were Corporate and M&A, Litigation and Competition. All the Firm’s offices in Spain performed positively, with a growth of more than 10% in Vigo, Bilbao and Valencia. The Firm’s international business has also experienced a notable growth, with both London and Lisbon seeing increases of over 25%. Business from LatAm also increased by more than 40%.

Above all because it is a very collective, balanced and essentially organic achievement, with all areas and offices contributing positively, promoting together an ambitious common project. More than growth and turnover figures, we attach importance to how we have achieved them, to the type of business we have been involved in and to our sustained improvement in positioning, which has also enabled us to improve other relevant ratios, such as profitability and productivity. This has also been influenced by the technological transformation process. In 2024 we undertook a profound change of architecture that is already enabling us to take greater advantage of the benefits offered by technology to be more efficient. Looking ahead to 2025, we will focus on international positioning. To this end, we will continue to focus on strengthening our Iberian identity, giving greater depth to the project in Portugal, which will be very important in the coming years. Also to strengthen our already strong ties in Latin America, and to increase our presence in matters related to that region. And all of this while always taking care of the people and the cohesion of the partnership, always essential aspects of our project”.
