How GA_P’s career plans boost women’s leadership | Expansión

icon 4 of March, 2025

The Firm’s development plans include key issues such as awareness, raising and highlight on the importance of gender equality, equal access to growth opportunities and pay equity, and the elimination of biases that create barriers -real or psychological- to the recruitment or promotion of women.

On 22 August, the Law on Equal Representation of Women and Men in Decision-Making Boards came into force, a regulation that obliges large companies to reach a minimum of 40% of women on their boards of directors in an implementation timetable that extends to 2028.

In this theoretical framework, Expansión refers to the Firm’s training plans, which include mentoring and coaching, leadership training from very early stages, transparent promotion policies and equal opportunities, and a flexible plan that allows career development to be adapted to the personal circumstances of each professional.
