Miguel Lamo de Espinosa anticipates an increase in Restructuring in the mid-market | El Confidencial
Miguel Lamo de Espinosa, partner and coordinator of Restructuring and Special Situations, anticipates an increase in restructurings in the mid-market thanks to the positive assessment of the Insolvency Law.
Law firms face the third year under the new Insolvency Law with a very favourable assessment of the regulation, although there are still some question marks. Firms believe that activity will be higher than in the previous year and most anticipate an increase in revenues in the current one.
Among the question marks are the threat of tariffs and unstable movements of the United States. ‘It is clear that sectors exposed to the new world order that is emerging after the arrival of the new US administration will be in the spotlight,’ explains Lamo de Espinosa.
