The Celsa case and the first court rulings encourage restructurings | El Economista

“Economic and legal operators have been waiting for the first judicial precedents (especially Celsa) to make their move with a little more certainty about the interpretation and possibilities offered by the new legal framework”, confirm Miguel Lamo de Espinosa and Rodrigo López. Furthermore, they add that “the general consensus is that the certainty provided by the judicial precedents will contribute to encouraging the launch of new company processes, so it is not out of the question that we will see more and more creditors entering into the capital of their debtors”.
