Almudena Arpón de Mendívil , partner at Mercantil and head of TMT, will present next Thursday, 28 September, the International Bar Association’s Legal Agenda 2028 to address the role of the legal profession, to protect the rule of law, artificial intelligence, regulatory diversity in jurisdictions and advice to globalised clients, perception of the profession, ESG impact, retention and attraction of talent, as the main challenges to work on in the coming years.
