Alicia is a senior associate of Corporate and M&A at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in real estate transactions, real estate development, turnkey contracts, forward funding, financing agreements and debt restructuring, both bilateral and syndicated; corporate acquisitions, mergers and the restructuring of corporate groups; corporate transactions and contracts in general.

Graduated in law from the University Cardenal Herrera-CEU San Pablo in Valencia (Spain). Master ́s degree in Legal Practice Law from the IE University. Madrid and International Executive MBA – Program Manager in Louvain School of Management (Belgium).

She is a member of the Valencia Bar Association (ICAV) and WomenCEO.

Alicia has participated as author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
