Alicia Olaso
Alicia is a counsel of Corporate and M&A at Gómez- Acebo & Pombo.
She has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including the acquisition and divestment of a wide range of assets (shopping centres, offices, hotels, logistics and industrial assets, residential properties and land under development). She also specialises in real estate contracting, covering construction contracts, leases, surface rights and forward funding, among others.
She advises on corporate and structured finance transactions, including acquisition financing, asset financing (mainly real estate and photovoltaic projects) and debt restructuring processes.
She holds a degree in Law from the University Cardenal Herrera-CEU San Pablo in Valencia (Spain) and a master´s degree in Legal Practice Law from the IE University (Spain) and an International Executive MBA – Programme Manager from the School of Management in Leuven (Belgium).
Alicia has contributed as an author and co-author to various specialist legal publications and has been a speaker at training sessions on real estate law and restructuring plans.
