Cláudia Tomás Pedro
Cláudia is senior associate and Head of the Intellectual Property in Lisbon at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She specialises in industrial and intellectual property and related fields of practice, such as advertising, unfair competition, image rights, e-commerce, and technology, and has been advising and representing clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
She holds a Law degree from University of Lisbon, a postgraduate Diploma (PgD) in Commercial Law from Catholic University of Portugal, an LL.M. in IP and Competition Law from Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (an academic center jointly run by the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, the University of Augsburg, Germany, the Technical University of Munich, Germany, and The George Washington University, USA) and an executive certificate on Law, Policy and Technology from IE Law School. Cláudia also attended the sessions of the 3rd Post graduated Course in Intellectual Law from Associação Portuguesa de Direito Intelectual and University of Lisbon.
