
Guadalupe Díaz-Súnico

Guadalupe is a Tax partner at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She represents high net worth individuals and families, with particular focus on sophisticated tax and estate planning matters and the structuring of cross-border family business affairs. She frequently advises on tax residence matters and assists families and individuals in their relocation to Spain. She has experience with a broad range of international tax and estate planning matters, including the taxation of more complex asset holding structures, such as trusts, private foundations, etc.
She is ranked at the prestigious legal directory, Chambers & Partners in its section dedicated to HNWI- Private Wealth and in Who&Who Legal Private Client, as one of the leading lawyers in this field in Spain. In addition, by peer nomination, she is included in the Private Client Global Elite directory as an outstanding international Private Wealth advisor. Guadalupe is also an academician of the prestigious International Academy of Estate and Trust Law and a member of the Academy’s nominating committee for LATAM.
In recent years, Guadalupe was a professor of International Taxation at ESADE (English section) -2016/2022- and president of the tax section of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) -2020/2022-.
