Ignacio del Fraile
Ignacio is a partner and Head of Employment at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in labour law and social security and is an expert in labour implications derived from mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring processes, as well as outsourcing, top management, modification of working conditions, negotiation of collective agreements, collective dismissals and legal defence in judicial proceedings before the labour courts.
He holds a law degree from the University of Valladolid (Spain) and is a qualified Senior Technician in Health and Safety. He teaches on the Master’s Degree at the UNAV and at the Garrigues Study Centre. He completed the advanced program in Labour Relations at the IE University and an advanced course in International Law at the George Washington University, Washington D.C., (USA).
