Jaime Hidalgo

Jaime is a senior associate of Real Estate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has advised in numerous processes of sale and purchase of all types of real estate assets (land under management, offices, hotels, etc.), as well as in the coordination and implementation of numerous due diligence processes in this area, providing legal advice and assistance in the drafting and negotiation of all types of contractual documents in this area. Jaime has also participated in several financing transactions related to real estate assets, assisting and advising in the drafting and negotiation of all types of contractual documents. Finally, Jaime has advised in processes of sale and purchase of national companies and in corporate transactions, assisting in the implementation of, among others, capital increases and reductions, mergers and spin-offs, etc. and in due diligence processes.

He holds a degree in Law with a Diploma in Economic Specialization from the University of Navarra (Pamplona) and a Double master’s degree in Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession from the University of Navarra (Spain). He also has a master’s degree in Law Applied to Professional Football at LaLiga Business School (Spain).
