Juan is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He is specialised in financing transactions: corporate finance, LBOs, real estate finance, refinancings and debt restructuring.

He holds a double degree in Law and Economics from the Carlos III University (Spain). He also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Legal Practice from the University of Carlos III of Madrid (Spain) and a Master´s Degree in Financial and Wealth Advisory Services from the ISDE Law Business School (Spain).

Juan has participated as an author or coauthor in specialised legal publications.

He joins Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in 2017.
