Mónica Esteve
Mónica is a counsel of Intellectual Property at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She is specialised in trademarks, designs, advertising, distribution and unfair competition law.
She provides contractual assessment to a wide range of companies and has an extensive experience before the Spanish Advertising Self-Regulatory Body (Autocontrol) and in litigious work before civil, commercial, administrative courts as well as before the General Court and the European Court of Justice.
She has a Law degree from Libre University of Brussels and a master’s degree in International and European Law from the Catholic University of Leuven.
Monica has been recognised in prestigious directories, including Legal 500 and World Trademark Review.
She has collaborated in several specialised legal publications and is the author of numerous individual and collective works.
She joins Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in 1994 and becomes a counsel in 2012.
