Rodrigo López
Rodrigo is a partner of Litigation and Arbitration and Head of Insolvency at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
Degree in Law from the University of Salamanca (Spain), he was awarded with the scholarship of the IV Best Bachelor’s Degree sponsored by EY, IE University and Cinco Días. He accomplished the Master in Corporate Law (MAJ) by the IE University.
Rodrigo is recognised over the most prestigious legal directories (Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, IFLR 1000) as one of the professional leaders in the area of Restructuring and Insolvency, with comments such as “possibly the best bankruptcy lawyer in Spain today” Leading Individual. Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has been nominated in 2021 as Firm of the Year for the practice of Insolvency and Reorganization Law headed by Rodrigo.
He is author on different specialised legal publications and member of the Editorial Body of the “Revista de RC, Circulación y Seguro” edited by INESE.
