Ruth Ereño
Ruth is a counsel of Litigation and Arbitration at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She is specialised in providing legal advice within the civil-commercial field, assuming legal management of litigation and acting before national courts in all types of proceedings: Declaratory proceedings: claims for payment, termination of contracts, insurance, challenging corporate agreements, directors’ liability actions, agency, franchises, energy, horizontal property and evictions; Enforcement proceedings: provisional and final enforcement of judicial and non-judicial titles, as well as mortgage foreclosures; Insolvency proceedings: advice to both the insolvent party and creditors, credit communications, claims challenging the list of creditors, rescission actions, qualification section, negotiation of composition agreements and liquidation phase; Negotiation of out-of-court settlements and alternative dispute resolution, preparation, drafting and defense of all kinds of contracts and legal reports.
Ruth has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
