Sofia Rodrigues Nunes
Sofia is a counsel and Head of Planning and Real Estate in Lisbon at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She specialises in urban and regional planning law, and has wide experience in environment, real estate, regulatory law, administrative law and public procurement.
She graduated in Law from the University of Lisbon and has two post-graduate degrees, in European Studies from the European Institute and in Juridical-Administrative Sciences from University of Lisbon. Sofia also completed two specialisation courses in Public Procurement at the Lusíada University and Commercial Law from the Portuguese Bar Association.
Sofia has been recognised in the last years by prestigious legal directories such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as one of the leading professionals in the areas of Planning and Real Estate in Portugal.
She is a lecturer and speaker in several training courses, seminars and conferences on urban planning law, real estate law and environmental law, namely conferences on the urban regeneration; tourism developments; environmental impact assessment; environmental liability for ecological damage and Projects of Potential National Interest (PIN).
