GA_P advises Kobus Asset Finance I on the financing of a renewables project

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Kobus Asset Finance I on the granting of financing to a special purpose vehicle owned by Exus Management Partners. The financing is for the construction and commissioning of a photovoltaic park in Portugal and will be financially guaranteed by the European Investment Fund (EIF).
